What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Do you ship overseas?
Eroluxe is currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, left our facility, or is in possession of the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer FREE Worldwide Express Delivery on all orders over $50.00
What is your return policy?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request and 30 days to return the item(s) back to us.
